There are gaps and deficiencies in legislation concerning spent fuel? What does the dual review to be made under the Nuclear Activities Act and the Environmental Code? The project "Responsibility of the nuclear fuel cycle, the final step - a legal perspective" is part of SKB's social science research program. The project investigates and analyzes how different types of liability is determined according to current Swedish legislation.
